Those travelling by train in Swindon and wider Wiltshire this month are set to face massive disruptions due to strikes.

The National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport workers (RMT union) has announced strike action while there will also be industrial action by the ASLEF union.

This is likely to cause some short-notice alterations or cancellations with a reduced and revised timetable operating across several train operators, including Great Western Railway.

Many parts of the GWR network will have no service at all as journeys will start later, finish much earlier and only operate for a limited period during the day.

With this in mind, we have put together the planned GWR closures which affect Wiltshire that we know about so far for each affected day.
